Amazing time with knowledgeable rangers!

Large room which had a safe, central heating, and an iron. The food was good, drinks were welcome. The location was very scenic and lovely, adjacent to Howletts park which is included in the stay, the Babydolls restaurant at the bottom of the park and the safari loaded on to a big old lorry, and had breathtaking views.

The staff team was knowledgeable, the rooms were stylish and equipped with beautiful views, a four poster bed plus bar or billiard.

I was thrilled with how close I was to the fine Royal Military Canal, made for a lovely stroll, and being only a short walk away from the historic Martello Tower No. 23 added to the trip's charm. The hotel itself had such character and was beautifully decorated, but there were a few moments of warmth in the common areas that could be improved for more comfort.

Its staff was informative and nice.

The hotel and grounds are stunning with impressive wildlife murals in the dining room that enhance the aesthetic experience. Despite the slow service during dinner and occasional mishaps like missing bread rolls, the overall vibe was charming, making it a nice visit.

We explored the 90-acre park, taking in all the amazing animals and even spotted some tigers up close. The staff were super friendly, and the nights were peaceful after park hours. The food was tasty too! Definitely worth the trip, but be ready for some quirks in the rooms.

Constant buzzing in the Bridal Suite proved a major distraction . The layout of the park creates confusion with poor signage. Dining at the Babydoll restaurant fell flat as the food lacked flavor, while the billing includes automatic service charges, which feels unwarranted especially with inconsistent service timing on dishes. The high price tag on meals also didn't match the quality, with a shared meat platter costing a hefty sum yet with limited options. These issues detracted from what could've been a stellar experience.

The private safari was a highlight, giving us an intimate connection with the animals! 🦒 The room was stunning but the breakfast lacked some gluten-free options. a beautiful experience in an amazing setting!

Absolutely loved the Italian vibe at BabyDolls! The pizzas were great-definitely a must-try. Plus, the peaceful vibes of the Philip Sassoon suite gave us a perfect romantic setting. Breakfast in the Garden room was a winner too, fueling our day for more adventures!

The room was a suite with a lovely private bathroom and an amazing bathtub perfect. The bed was super comfy with soft linens. The views overlooking beautiful gardens added a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious with multiple options. Excellent wildlife interactions at the reserve.
